  1. Place the Steak in the Brine and let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine all Coating ingredients in a shallow dish.
  3. Dredge each steak in the Coating, ensuring it's fully covered.
  4. Heat the Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove steaks and set aside. Drain excess oil from skillet, leaving about 2 tablespoons.
  7. To make the Gravy, melt the Butter in the skillet. Whisk in the Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  8. Gradually whisk in the Beef Broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
  9. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes. Season with Black Pepper and Salt.
  10. Serve the fried steak with the gravy.
