A quick and easy recreation of the popular Jimmy John's sandwich, perfect for a satisfying lunch.
Instructions
- Season Chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook Chicken: Grill, bake, or pan-fry Chicken until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C). Let cool slightly and slice.
- Cook Bacon: Cook Bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, combine Mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Assemble Sandwich: Spread Sauce on both slices of French bread.
- Layer Ingredients: On one slice of bread, layer Lettuce, Tomato, Red onion, sliced Chicken, Bacon, and Provolone cheese.
- Top and Serve: Top with the other slice of bread and serve immediately.
