🎙️ Cook with voice coach- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and marinate the Ground Chicken for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a separate bowl and whisking until well combined.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the Sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Stir in the Water Chestnuts, Green Onions, and Bamboo Shoots.
- Serve the chicken mixture in the Butter Lettuce leaves. Garnish with extra Green Onions if desired.
