Dinner has a soundtrack. 11 songs paced to this 60-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Warm Water, Sugar, and Active Dry Yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add the All-Purpose Flour, Salt, and Olive Oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until a smooth dough forms (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  4. While the dough rises, prepare the Marinara Sauce. Combine all Marinara Sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a breadstick shape.
  7. Place breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the breadsticks with the melted Butter Topping.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with Marinara Sauce.
