  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all Wet Ingredients.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the Cheddar Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, and Green Onions.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
