Dinner has a soundtrack. 14 songs paced to this 60-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Butter Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in Lemon Juice, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Black Pepper. Remove from heat.
  3. Cut lobster tails lengthwise down the center of the shell, being careful not to cut through the meat.
  4. Gently loosen the lobster meat from the shell and lift it up, leaving the tail connected at the end.
  5. Brush the lobster meat generously with the Butter Sauce.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Brush with remaining Butter Sauce and garnish with Parsley before serving.
