Copycat Texas Roadhouse Baked Potato
A classic baked potato loaded with butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits, replicating the popular Texas Roadhouse side.

Russet Potatoes - large

Sour Cream - full fat

Cheddar Cheese - shredded
1/2 cup
Bacon Bits - pre-cooked

A classic baked potato loaded with butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits, replicating the popular Texas Roadhouse side.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the Potatoes thoroughly.
- Prick each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with a small amount of oil and sprinkle with Salt.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
- While potatoes are baking, prepare the toppings.
- Once potatoes are cooked, carefully cut a cross into the top of each potato.
- Fluff the inside of the potato with a fork.
- Add 2 tbsp of Butter, 1/4 cup of Sour Cream, 1/4 cup of Cheddar Cheese, and 2 tbsp of Bacon Bits to each potato.
- Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.

Instructions

- Wash and scrub the Potatoes thoroughly.
- Prick each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with a small amount of oil and sprinkle with Salt.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
