4 Russet Potatoes - large
8 tbsp Butter - salted
1 cup Sour Cream - full fat
1 cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded
1/2 cup Bacon Bits - pre-cooked

A classic baked potato loaded with butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits, replicating the popular Texas Roadhouse side.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the Potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Prick each potato several times with a fork.
  4. Rub the potatoes with a small amount of oil and sprinkle with Salt.
  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  6. While potatoes are baking, prepare the toppings.
  7. Once potatoes are cooked, carefully cut a cross into the top of each potato.
  8. Fluff the inside of the potato with a fork.
  9. Add 2 tbsp of Butter, 1/4 cup of Sour Cream, 1/4 cup of Cheddar Cheese, and 2 tbsp of Bacon Bits to each potato.
  10. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
