A simplified version of the popular appetizer, using readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and marinate the Chicken for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Breading ingredients.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and dredge in the Breading, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Heat about 1 inch of oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken is frying, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Drain the fried chicken on paper towels and serve immediately with the Sauce for dipping.
