Copycat Texas Roadhouse Steak Fries

A classic side dish replicating the famous Texas Roadhouse steak fries, seasoned with a savory spice blend.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the Potatoes in a large bowl and toss with Vegetable Oil.
- In a small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients.
- Sprinkle the Seasoning over the Potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
