Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together Butter and both Sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in Eggs one at a time, then stir in Vanilla Extract.
  5. Gradually add Dry Ingredients to Wet Ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in Chocolate Chips and Pecans.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
