  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all Wet Ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the Wet Ingredients to the Dry Ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool completely in the pan.
  7. While the cake cools, prepare the Frosting. In a medium bowl, cream together the Butter and Powdered Sugar until light and fluffy.
  8. Gradually add the Coca-Cola and Vanilla Extract to the frosting, mixing until smooth.
  9. Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled cake.
