Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine all Ribs ingredients in a bowl and rub evenly over the pork spareribs.
  3. Place ribs in a large baking dish.
  4. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well.
  5. Pour half of the Sauce over the ribs, reserving the other half.
  6. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 3 hours, then remove the foil.
  8. Pour the remaining Sauce over the ribs and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and the sauce has thickened.
  9. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
