  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown Sausage over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté Onion and Bell Pepper until softened, about 5 minutes. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. To make the Sauce, melt Butter in the skillet. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  5. Gradually whisk in Chicken Broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  6. Stir in Heavy Cream, Cajun Seasoning, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper (if using), Salt, and Pepper.
  7. Add cooked Sausage and Pasta to the Sauce. Toss to coat.
  8. Garnish with Chopped Parsley and serve immediately.
