2 lbs Chicken-bone in, skin on thighs
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
4 cups Chicken Broth

Instructions
  1. Place Chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Season Chicken with Salt and Black Pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together All-Purpose Flour and 1 cup of Chicken Broth until smooth. This is your slurry.
  4. Pour remaining Chicken Broth into the crockpot.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is very tender.
  6. Remove Chicken from the crockpot and set aside.
  7. In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat.
  8. Whisk in the flour slurry and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  9. Gradually whisk in the liquid from the crockpot, bringing to a simmer and cooking until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  10. Season the gravy with Onion Powder and Garlic Powder.
  11. Return Chicken to the crockpot and coat with gravy. Serve hot.
