Instructions
🎙️ Cook with voice coach- In a bowl, combine all Beef with all Marinade ingredients. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated Beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-5 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil to the skillet. Add the Onion and Broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until slightly tender-crisp.
- Pour the Sauce over the vegetables and bring to a simmer. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Return the Beef to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Cook for another minute to heat through.
- Garnish with Sesame Seeds and serve immediately over rice.
