Dinner has a soundtrack. 10 songs paced to this 40-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. Prepare the Egg Salad: Boil eggs for 10-12 minutes. Cool, peel, and mash. Combine mashed eggs with Mayonnaise, Celery, Red Onion, Yellow Mustard, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Form the Burger Patties: Gently form Ground Beef into four thin patties, about inch thick. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  3. Smash the Burgers: Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place patties in the hot skillet and immediately smash them flat with a spatula. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
  4. Assemble the Burgers: Spread a generous amount of Egg Salad on the bottom bun. Top with a smash burger, Lettuce Leaves, and Tomato Slices. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
