Dinner has a soundtrack. 15 songs paced to this 76-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add Yellow Onions to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30-40 minutes, or until deeply caramelized and golden brown. Reduce heat if onions begin to burn.
  3. Let the caramelized onions cool slightly.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, and Salt.
  5. Stir in the cooled caramelized onions until well combined.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled with potato chips or vegetables.
