  1. In a large bowl, combine all Riblets ingredients and toss to coat.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Breading ingredients.
  3. Dredge the riblets in the breading mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. In a saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry the breaded riblets in batches for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove riblets from oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. Toss the fried riblets in the BBQ Sauce to coat evenly.
  9. Thread 3-4 riblets onto each skewer. Serve immediately.
