  1. In a large pot, combine Water, Onion, Salt, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, and Old Bay Seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add Potatoes and Corn to the boiling liquid. Cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Add Smoked Sausage and Clams. Cook for 5 minutes, or until clams open. Discard any clams that do not open.
  4. Add Shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and opaque.
  5. Drain the pot, discarding the cooking liquid. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and melted butter (optional).
