  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Cake ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt).
  3. Add buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and beat until combined. Gradually add hot coffee and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let cake cool completely.
  6. To make the Coconut-Pecan Frosting, beat together the Butter and Powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in coconut, pecans, vanilla, and evaporated milk.
  7. Spread frosting evenly over cooled cake.
  8. To make the Ganache, heat Heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour over chopped Chocolate and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.
  9. Drizzle Ganache over frosting. Let set before serving.
