
Grilled Cheese Crust Pizza
A fun and easy pizza made with a grilled cheese sandwich as the crust! Perfect for a quick weeknight meal or a kid-friendly snack.

Slices White Bread
4 tbsp
Butter-softened
4 oz
Cheddar Cheese-shredded
1/2 cup
Pizza Sauce
1 cup
Mozzarella Cheese-shredded

A fun and easy pizza made with a grilled cheese sandwich as the crust! Perfect for a quick weeknight meal or a kid-friendly snack.
Instructions
- Spread 1 tablespoon of Butter - softened on one side of each slice of White Bread.
- Place two slices of White Bread, butter-side down, in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle 2 oz of Cheddar Cheese - shredded onto each slice of bread.
- Top with the remaining two slices of White Bread, butter-side up.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly.
- Spread Pizza Sauce evenly over the grilled cheese 'crusts'.
- Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese - shredded over the sauce.
- Top with Pepperoni - sliced.
- Return to the skillet (or place under the broiler) for 2-3 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and bubbly.
