  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of Butter - softened on one side of each slice of White Bread.
  2. Place two slices of White Bread, butter-side down, in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sprinkle 2 oz of Cheddar Cheese - shredded onto each slice of bread.
  4. Top with the remaining two slices of White Bread, butter-side up.
  5. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly.
  7. Spread Pizza Sauce evenly over the grilled cheese 'crusts'.
  8. Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese - shredded over the sauce.
  9. Top with Pepperoni - sliced.
  10. Return to the skillet (or place under the broiler) for 2-3 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and bubbly.
