Instructions
  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown Ground Beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Add Vegetables to the skillet with the beef and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Melt Butter in a separate saucepan. Whisk in All-Purpose Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  5. Gradually whisk in Beef Broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in Sour Cream, Dijon Mustard, Salt, and Black Pepper.
  7. Pour the Sauce over the beef and vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
