
Ham And Potato Casserole

A comforting and easy-to-make casserole featuring ham, potatoes, and a creamy cheese sauce. Perfect for a weeknight meal or potluck.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place Potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
- In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in All-purpose flour and cook for 1 minute, creating a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in Salt, Black pepper, and Shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. This is your Cheese Sauce.
- In the prepared baking dish, combine cooked Potatoes, diced Ham, and Cheese Sauce. Mix well.
- Sprinkle Crushed potato chips evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
