Combine cooked Pasta with the Sauce. Mix well.
Pour the pasta mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese evenly over the pasta. Then, create a honeycomb pattern by sprinkling Parmesan Cheese in a grid-like fashion over the mozzarella.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
