  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown Beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease. Season with Salt and Black pepper.
  3. Add Vegetables to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the browned Beef, Vegetables, and Sauce ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top evenly with Tater Tots.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
