Ice Cream Cereal Bars
A fun and easy no-bake treat that tastes like your favorite breakfast cereal and ice cream, all in bar form!
6 cups
Crispy Rice Cereal
1/2 cup
Butter
10 oz
Marshmallows
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
1 pint
Vanilla Ice Cream - softened
A fun and easy no-bake treat that tastes like your favorite breakfast cereal and ice cream, all in bar form!
Instructions
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large saucepan, melt Butter over low heat.
- Add Marshmallows to the melted Butter and stir constantly until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Stir in Vanilla Extract.
- Gently fold in softened Vanilla Ice Cream until well combined.
- Add Crispy Rice Cereal to the Marshmallow Mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press down firmly and evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm. Cut into bars and serve.
