Ice Cube Tray Omelet Bites

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Diced Bell Pepper

Quick and easy omelet bites made in an ice cube tray, perfect for a fast breakfast or snack.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard ice cube tray.
- In a bowl, whisk together all Eggs and Milk until well combined.
- Stir in the Cheddar Cheese, Diced Bell Pepper, and Diced Onion.
- Season with Salt and Black Pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the greased ice cube tray, filling each cube about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tray. Use a knife to gently loosen the edges if needed.
