🎙️ Cook with voice coach- 1. To make the Homemade Soy Sauce: In a saucepan, bring all Homemade Soy Sauce ingredients to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Strain and discard solids. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- 2. Soak glass noodles in warm water for 30 minutes, or until softened. Drain well.
- 3. In a bowl, combine all Wagyu Beef ingredients and marinate for at least 45 minutes.
- 4. In a separate bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and set aside.
- 5. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and cook in batches until browned. Set aside.
- 6. Add onions, carrots, and king oyster mushrooms to the skillet and stir-fry until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 7. Add red bell pepper and baby spinach to the skillet and cook until the spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes.
- 8. Add the soaked glass noodles to the skillet, then pour Sauce over everything. Stir-fry until the noodles are evenly coated and heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
- 9. Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add the enoki mushrooms and scallions and toss everything together well.
- 10. Serve immediately.
