Stretch or roll out the flatbread dough to desired thickness.
Spread a thin layer of Black Garlic Aioli over the flatbread. Top with the Wagyu patty, then evenly distribute the Artisanal Kimchi.
Sprinkle with Gruyère and Fontina cheeses.
