1 package Homemade or high-quality artisan flatbread dough
1 pound Wagyu ground beef
1/4 cup Finely diced shallots
2 cloves Garlic-minced
1 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a pizza stone or baking steel inside.
  2. Prepare the Black Garlic Aioli. In a small bowl, combine Mayonnaise, Black Garlic, and Lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine all Wagyu Burger ingredients and gently mix. Form into a loose patty.
  4. Stretch or roll out the flatbread dough to desired thickness.
  5. Spread a thin layer of Black Garlic Aioli over the flatbread. Top with the Wagyu patty, then evenly distribute the Artisanal Kimchi.
  6. Sprinkle with Gruyère and Fontina cheeses.
  7. Carefully transfer the flatbread to the preheated pizza stone or baking steel. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with Microgreens and Black sesame seeds before serving.
