  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the Granulated Sugar and Unsalted Butter until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the Large Eggs one at a time, then stir in the Milk, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, and Vanilla Extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. To make the Glaze, whisk together the Powdered Sugar and Lemon Juice until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled bread.
