In a large bowl, cream together the Base Butter until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the Base Powdered Sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
In a small bowl, combine the Lemon Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, and Vanilla Extract.
Add the Lemon mixture to the butter and powdered sugar mixture and beat until well combined.
Stir in the Poppy Seeds until evenly distributed.
If the frosting is too thick, add a teaspoon of milk at a time until desired consistency is reached. If it's too thin, add more powdered sugar.
