  1. Cook Macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown Ground Beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. While the beef is browning, prepare the Cheese Sauce. In a medium saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Add Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and Pepper.
  5. Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked Macaroni and browned Ground Beef to the Cheese Sauce. Stir to combine.
  7. Top with Diced Tomatoes, Diced Onion, Diced Pickles, and drizzle with Yellow Mustard before serving.
