Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut Chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive Oil and Taco Seasoning.
- Cook Chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside.
- Spread Tortilla Chips on a large baking sheet.
- Sprinkle half of the Cheddar Cheese over the chips, then top with cooked Chicken, Jalapeños, and Black Olives.
- Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar Cheese over the top.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with dollops of Sour Cream and Guacamole. Serve immediately.
