  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut Chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive Oil and Taco Seasoning.
  3. Cook Chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside.
  4. Spread Tortilla Chips on a large baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle half of the Cheddar Cheese over the chips, then top with cooked Chicken, Jalapeños, and Black Olives.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar Cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and top with dollops of Sour Cream and Guacamole. Serve immediately.
