  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Meatballs ingredients and mix gently. Roll into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Brown meatballs in a skillet over medium heat. They don't need to be cooked through.
  4. In a separate saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  6. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the pasta, then half of the meatballs, and half of the sauce. Repeat layers.
  7. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
