  1. In a large bowl, combine all Meatballs ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Gently add the meatballs to the Sauce. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot over pasta or with crusty bread.
