  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients. Mix gently but thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together all Glaze ingredients.
  5. Spread half of the Glaze over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes. Spread the remaining Glaze over the meatloaf and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
