Instructions
🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place an oven-safe wire rack on top.
- Pat chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss wings with vegetable oil and baking powder until evenly coated. Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack, ensuring no pieces are touching.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 175°F (80°C) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- While wings bake, prepare the Brown Butter Finish: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt unsalted butter. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the butter turns a nutty brown color and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat immediately to prevent burning.
- Once wings are cooked, transfer them to a clean, dry bowl. Sprinkle generously with Old Bay Seasoning, tossing to coat. Drizzle the warm brown butter over the seasoned wings, tossing gently to distribute. Serve immediately.
