Prepare the Filling: In a saucepan, combine White vinegar and Granulated sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in Butter until melted. Let cool slightly.
Whisk in Eggs one at a time, then stir in Vanilla extract.
Pour the Filling into the prepared crust.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes, or until the filling is set.
