Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the Pancake Batter ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour a small amount of pancake batter onto the hot surface, using a squeeze bottle or piping bag to create long, spaghetti-like strands. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  4. While the pancake spaghetti is cooking, prepare the Berry Sauce. Combine all Berry Sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, or until the berries have softened and the sauce has thickened.
  5. Arrange the pancake spaghetti on plates and drizzle with the Berry Sauce. Garnish with Powdered Sugar and serve immediately.
