1 pound Rotini pasta
1 cup Cherry tomatoes-halved
1/2 cup Cucumber-diced
1/4 cup Red onion-finely chopped
1/2 cup Black olives-sliced

Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Vegetables.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together all Dressing ingredients.
  4. Add cooked pasta and Dressing to the bowl with vegetables. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Stir in Cheese. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
