  1. In a large bowl, combine all Burger Patties ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions.
  3. Flatten each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Place 2 slices of Pepper Jack Cheese from the Filling group in the center of each patty.
  5. Carefully fold the beef over the cheese, sealing the edges to create a stuffed burger. Ensure the cheese is fully enclosed.
