In a medium bowl, combine all Cheese ingredients.
Add all Vegetables ingredients to the bowl.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together all Binding ingredients.
Pour the Binding mixture over the cheese and vegetables.
Add all Seasoning ingredients and mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or on sandwiches.
