
Sheet Pan Pancakes
A simple and quick way to make pancakes for a crowd, all baked on a single sheet pan.
1 1/2 cups
All-Purpose Flour
3 tbsp
Granulated Sugar
2 tsp
Baking Powder
1/2 tsp
Baking Soda
1/4 tsp
Salt

A simple and quick way to make pancakes for a crowd, all baked on a single sheet pan.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Wet Ingredients.
- Pour the Wet Ingredients into the Dry Ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cut into squares and serve immediately with Maple Syrup and Fresh Berries.
