Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Wet Ingredients.
- Pour the Wet Ingredients into the Dry Ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cut into squares and serve immediately with Maple Syrup and Fresh Berries.
