Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
- Place Salmon and Vegetables on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with Marinade, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp.
