Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add Shrimp to boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and opaque. Immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking.
- While shrimp cools, prepare the Cocktail Sauce. In a small bowl, combine all Cocktail Sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Arrange Lettuce Leaves on a serving platter.
- Place cooked Shrimp around the platter and serve with Cocktail Sauce and Lemon wedges.
