
Shrimp Cocktail
A simple and refreshing shrimp cocktail, perfect for parties or a light appetizer.

Large Shrimp-peeled and deveined
1/2 cup
Ketchup
1 tbsp
Prepared Horseradish
1 tsp
Lemon Juice-freshly squeezed
1/4 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce

A simple and refreshing shrimp cocktail, perfect for parties or a light appetizer.
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add Shrimp to boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and opaque. Immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking.
- While shrimp cools, prepare the Cocktail Sauce. In a small bowl, combine all Cocktail Sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Arrange Lettuce Leaves on a serving platter.
- Place cooked Shrimp around the platter and serve with Cocktail Sauce and Lemon wedges.
