Shrimp Tacos With Cilantro Lime Slaw

A quick and easy shrimp taco recipe perfect for a weeknight meal. Features seasoned shrimp and a refreshing cilantro lime slaw.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Shrimp ingredients and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- While shrimp marinates, prepare the Slaw. In a separate bowl, combine all Slaw ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and cooked through.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Assemble tacos by filling each tortilla with shrimp and topping with Cilantro Lime Slaw. Garnish with avocado and hot sauce, if desired.
