Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Shrimp ingredients and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. While shrimp marinates, prepare the Slaw. In a separate bowl, combine all Slaw ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and cooked through.
  4. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  5. Assemble tacos by filling each tortilla with shrimp and topping with Cilantro Lime Slaw. Garnish with avocado and hot sauce, if desired.
