Instructions
- In a slow cooker, place the Chicken.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the Sauce over the Chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is very tender and easily pulls apart.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to coat with the sauce.
- Serve on buns, with sides of coleslaw and potato salad.
