2 lbs Boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Brown sugar
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Rice vinegar

Instructions
  1. In a slow cooker, combine all Sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  2. Add Chicken to the slow cooker and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is tender and cooked through.
  4. Shred the chicken with two forks.
  5. Serve over rice with steamed broccoli or other desired sides.
